owing to their exceptional mechanical stability
at high temperatures.

Molybdenum Powder
Various particle sizes are available on request. Uniparticle type and Monoparticle type are available. High purity powder is available.

Heat Sink
Mo/Cu composite material. High thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion. Close to the thermal expansion of Si Semiconductor. Base plates for IC packages. Can be galvanically coated with Ni or electroless plated with Ni.
